As the websites say, the Daymak C5 Blast Go-Kart ($10,000+) is the fastest go-kart on the planet. It runs 100% on electricity and the Ultimate version will go from 0 to 60 in less than 1.5 seconds. To put that in a little perspective, the P1 McLaren has a 2.7 second 0-60 split time. To reach that kind of acceleration, the C5 utilizes twelve EDF motors, 8 - 120mm EDF 840KV for the sides and 4 - 120mm EDF 720KV for the rear. Additional features include twelve 5000mAH batteries, and rear hydraulic disc brakes, and liquid cooling. You probably don't need one, but we know you want one.

We all know that the music we download nowadays is compressed and missing a lot of the nuance that the original artist wanted us to hear. With compression comes loss of detail and that emotional attachment that we felt from analog formats like vinyl records. PonoPlayer ($300) hopes to change all of this with its Kickstarter. Pono is looking to provide high quality digital music through its online store which will be playable on its portable PonoPlayer. You will be able to download and play 192kHz/24 bit music that has about 6 times more musical information than a standard mp3. The player will feature two output jacks. One is a standard mini-stereo output and the other is a mini-plug analog output for listening on your home audio system. Check out their Kickstarter today.
