The Uuni 2 Pizza Oven ($300) is the ultimate backyard accessory for this summer. The Uuni takes the cost and hassle out of using a real wood-fired oven. Running off of wood pellets you can get from your local store, the Uuni heats up in just 10 minutes and reaches a temperature of 840-degrees which allows you to cook things really fast. This includes pizzas in less than 2-minutes, flatbreads, salmon, vegetables, and steaks. Because Uuni is made from brushed stainless steel it is made to last a life time. As it ages it will weather, but won't rust. It will become more beautiful over time.
