MB&F makes some strange looking watches. From their Frog, and thunderbolt, to their latest creations, each MB&F timepiece is a work of art that you just happen to wear on your wrist. The MB MB&F HM6 Space Pirate Watch ($230K) is specifically designed to operate in the hostile environment of space. The space on your wrist that is. The first thing you notice are the four domes and the one central dome on the watch face. Each dome is a 360-degree sphere, the top two spheres display hours and minutes, while the bottom two house twin spherical turbines that automatically regulate the winding system. The center dome houses a 60-second flying tourbillon. If necessary this sphere can be protected from UV radiation by a retractable shield operated by the crown on the left side of the case. The movement of the HM6 is made from 475 highly engineered components which required over three years of development. If you have the quarter mil you should jump on this one, because only 100 of the HM6 will be made.

A little bit ago we did a write-up on the Tile App ($25) and it was a big hit. Well we just got one in our little hands this article will review our experience with this little device. To get started lets review exactly what the Tile is. It's a small 1 3/8", well tile, that you can attach to personal items to track them if they get lost. You can either clip Tile through a key ring or use the provided adhesive. Simple enough.Getting started is simple as well. Just attach the Tile to whatever you're tracking and download the app to your Apple or Android device via their Tile App url.Once the App is installed you create an account using an email, and add the tile by pressing the 'e' on the Tile and placing it on your device.Once you're connected you can add a picture to identify your Tile, and you're good to go.I ran a quick test by having my daughter hide the Tile in the house. The App immediately noticed that it was in range and I could hear the tile making a notification sound even though It was a level below me. I was surprised at how loud the actual sound was. The fact I can hear it through the entire house is a definite bonus. So this got me thinking of all the things I've lost over the years that I could have easily found again if only I'd had a tile.
