Some times I read up on a product and know right away it’s all fluff and no substance or complete hype. And then there are others that make me go hmmmmm. The Enko Running Shoes ($TBA) definitely fit into the later category. The idea behind the shoes is a shock absorber that reduces the initial impact of your stride and as you move forward uses the stored energy to assist your stride. In theory this mean a run that will be easier on your joints and less fatiguing.
