Every kid needs a day off once in a while, and that’s the premise of this classic 1986 movie by John Hughes. Mia Sara and Alan Ruck join Star Matthew Broderick in Ferris Bueller’s Day Off ($5). Ferris wakes up one day and realizes the days to beautiful to go to school, so he pretends that he’s sick and spends a day off going on crazy adventures in Chicago with his girlfriend and his best friend, all the while dodging the ruthless principal who is hell-bent on catching him.
