The Meze 66 Classics Wood Headphones ($150) are beautifully crafted headphones that also sound great. They feature hand carved, polished and varnished 66mm ebony wood ear cups, leather ear cushions, detachable cables, a portability for travel. The 50mm Neodymium drivers have a frequency response of 16Hz-24KHz. Which is excellent coverage and will provide you with a full sound. The Meze 66 Classics are the headphones with brains and great looks.
Military jackets have been in for awhile but WTAPS has taken it to the next level with the release of their WTAPS N-2B Jacket ($850). The N-2B features a faux fur lined hood and collar for additional protection against the elements, a 100% Nylon Twill shell, and a center front zipper with button fastened storm flap. To make sure the jacket remained authentic they even left functional military details like components for attaching flight instruments.
Bang & Olufsen, is known for great sounding, high end, contemporary speaker systems. They've now released the Belolab 14 ($4400) at a lower price floor than their usual offerings. The Belolab 14 is an all-in-one, wireless speaker system that includes a 280 watt eight-inch subwoofer. In the same sub enclosure you also have 5 x 140 watt class D amplifiers for the five individually powered satellite speakers. Each of the speakers has a milled aluminum frame and can be either wall or stand mounted. The specs say the sats use a 2.5" driver. I haven't seen a frequency response for these speakers and I'd be real interested to see how much of the spectrum they cover. If you have a Bang & Olufsen TV you can also get their 4.1 system for $4000 and use the TVs speaker as the center. The Beolab 14 will be available at local retailers in June.

The Nike Air Jordan XX8 ($250) is the most advanced basketball shoe to date, and the most aesthetically controversial. Either your going to love them zipped up and ready for work or down and casual. One thing not in dispute is that these shoes are made for performance. The synthetic stretch upper is made to lock your foot into the shoe. The spiral pattern on the outsole provides great traction in any direction. And the flight plate along with the Nike Zoom Air provide quick cuts and maximum responsiveness. The look my not be your cup of tea, but the performance is sure to be.
