Fear of God is the brainchild of L.A. based designer, Jerry Lorenzo. The Fear Of God Second Collection ($125+) line under this label has been worn by some of the biggest names in the music industry. A number of them from the hip hop scene which is very interesting because the images he uses in his campaign are mostly of young skinheads. The non-fascist kind of course. The line is made up of pieces that can be worn everyday. Which is great because if you're going to pay $125 for a Tee shirt you want to make sure you can get some use out of it. Check out the lookbook and individual items after the break.

I few weeks ago I was contacted by Old Spice to give their hair products a shot. Shortly after confirming, I received a gift box with seven of their products. Two 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioners and five hair styling products. Before I get started, I just want to go over my hair type. I have pretty curly hair that gets frizzy without product. I keep my sides shaved and faded with a #1 while the top I keep a little longer at about 6-8mm. A number #2 for you clippers guys. The problem I have with styling my hair, and the reason why I wear baseball caps 90% of the time, is because I just hadn't found a product that does what I want it to do.If I'm going out, and I style my hair, I would normally wash it and put some standard Dep type gel in it. The problem is I get that 80's wet look, and it's made all the more evident that I'm starting thin out on top.So when I use hair care products I need them to meet specific requirements. They must control frizziness. They must hold. After a couple hours, my curls will start fighting any product with lesser hold. And I need a matte look. This is just a personal preference. As far as shampoos and conditioners, I just need them to do their job and clean. Get everything out of my hair that I put in it during the day.So how did Old Spice products do? Pretty good. To find out which product was my runaway favorite, keep reading.
The Onyx By Deus Ex Machina ($CALL) for a customer who wanted a bike that was stylish, and could easily go from road to sand. The vision started off with a 2012 Triumph Scrambler, which is always a great start for any build. They started with Black MX bars from a Yamaha TW, a Motogradget Chronoclassic speedometer paired with a Motogadget M-Unit, and levers from Pazzo.Metal changes included keeping the stock Triumph tank, but adding a fresh coat of black paint, bespoke fenders, and a new 2-into-1 British custom exhaust. The airbox was removed to free up some space and to give the bike a light, airy look. The hole the stock box left behind was filled with K&N filters. They added an RSV Aprilla for the rear mag which gives the bike a nice finishing touch. And finally, you don't have a surf bike without the appropriate surfboard brackets. The Onyx is another amazing build for one of the top bike customizers dare I say in the world.[gallery type="rectangular" ids="22492,22491,22490,22489,22488,22487,22486,22485"]
