The brain child of Barry Jackson, the Hivehaus Flat-Packed Honeycomb House ($TBA) is an easy to build self-contained micro house. Based on the honeycomb structures that bees build the Hivehaus is constructed of individual cells which are customizable enough to offer a layout to fit any need. Each cell is about 100 square feet, is fitted with six LED down lights, four electrical sockets, and your choice of doors and windows.
