Ben Johnston and Tariq Latiff, two South African designers, completed a branding project in one week and put together a Gentlemen's Travel Kit ($TBA) for leather goods brand, Farewell Company. The kit includes everyday carry requirements for your travel and the items will eventually be available for purchase as a kit or individually. The kit includes etched wallets, iPhone cases with a card slot, wooden knife, a tobacco pouch which can also be used for glasses, pencil holder, and stamps and business cards for self-embossing. As soon as we find out the products have hit market we'll update this post. In the mean time here's a great interview by Computer Arts along with some additional pics of the kit.

If you're looking for an inexpensive everyday watch check out this Restored 50s Military Wristwatch by Convoy Goods ($115-$120). It's a beautiful example of stylish simplicity at its best. There's not much of a description besides the watches having been recently serviced and fitted with new Nato G10 straps. The Strietman ES3 Espresso Machine ($1713) puts the art back into coffee making. Strietman is a company based out of the Netherlands who make quality coffee related products for the home. Their ES3 espresso machine uses a manual lever action to force a column of hot water through your coffee. This action gives you full control over every cup. Additional features include a manual fill open boiler, a water reservoir the holds up to 350cc of hot water, and can be purchased in either a 230v or 115v version.
