The VIPUKIRVES Axe ($260) may be the best fire wood splitting axe on the planet. The VIPUKIRVES was developed over a period of fifteen years and is manufactured in Finland. The key is the use of leverage so that each strike forces the wood to break away. Each component of the axes is made to the highest standards. The birchwood handle is made at a Finnish workshop and the blade is precision-cast. Here's a [video_lightbox_youtube video_id=9jDR_2Zsr40 width=640 height=480 anchor=video] that shows the speed at which a large diameter block of wood can be split.
Set your calendars for October 9th because Nikelab is releasing new colorways for its Nike Flyknt Trainer Chukka SFB ($TBA). The monochrome colorways include white, sage, and orange. Trying to make a worthy sequel to one of the most iconic movies in history is no easy feat, but George Lucas pulled it off with style. Star Wars Episode V The Empire Strikes Back ($37) continues the tale of Luke Skywalker as he carries on his mission and undertakes advanced training in the art of being a Jedi from Yoda. The rebels have been overpowered and it is once again left to Luke, Han Solo and this time around Princess Leia to do battle against Darth Vadar. There is one word that perfectly sums up this outstanding sequel; wow!
Here's a great option for your formal sneaker wear. The Nike Roshe NM Flyknit PRM - Black/Black ($130) feature the famed silhouette in an all black upper on white midsoles. The upper is made of a flyknit toebox, leather panels, and textured diamond patterned heels. The raised Nike logo adds that extra little bit of style. Although the all black colorway keeps the overall presentation subdued these are for the faint of heart.
