Nod Labs has just announced the most advanced gesture control device available, simply called Nod ($149). The Nod ring allows you to control objects with the wave of your hand. It’s a universal controller that can communicate with your smart devices including smartphones, tablets, TVs, home appliances, computers, and much more.
Nod discovers devices through its Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)-enabled feature and its app discovery portal which includes a gestural glide keyboard, remote camera shutter trigger, and a long list of supported devices like Nest, Hue, GoPro, Roku, etc.
Nod is available for pre-order now with shipping expected sometime this fall.
