The iconic Detroit watchmaker is about to release its latest watch and it looks like a real winner. The Shinola Runwell Contrast Chrono ($775) is a great deal for all the style you get in a hand-built watch. The watch features an Argonite 5030 high-accuracy quartz movement hand built from 83 Swiss-made components, a stopwatch function with two subdials, a remote sweep second hand, and a date indicator. The stainless steel case, capped with a double curve sapphire is on the larger side but in line with newer modern watches at 47mm. The bandwidth is 24mm and the watch is water-resistant to 10 ATM.
