But with budgets decreasing architects have readjusted their focus into making these small buildings unique with trendsetting ideas. Small Architecture Now ($40) showcases some of the best works from some of the best architects in the world. The structures included in the book range from vacation cabins, and pop-up stores, to housing for victims of natural disasters. They feature the works from some of the greatest names in the industry and a few unknowns. They include 2013 Pritzker Prize winner Toyo Ito, Alvaro Siza, Kazuyo Sejima, and Olafur Eliasson. If you’re in to right sizing then Small Architecture Now is a great look into the industry.
