The environmental dream of an all-electric future could be one step closer with the new Tesla Nikola One Electric Semi-Truck ($350K). It features a 2000 HP engine and six by six all-wheel drive. For extra power, it features a gas powered turbine and can haul nearly 2000 poundS more than its competitors. Who ever said a truck can’t be environmentally friendly apparently never knew about this truck did they? The Nikola can also go a whopping 1200 miles without needing a fill-up and offers a whole host of other exciting features. For example it as two full sized beds, a full sized fridge, and even a 40-inch television.
For its 30th anniversary Reebok is creating a lot of attention with its collaborations and varying shoe colors. The Rebook Classic Leather Denim Shoe ($75) is apart of this celebration. The Classic Leather was originally introduced in 1983. The newest addition of the runner has an upper made entirely of premium denim with contrasting stitching and tan leather used for the tongue and lace locks. One of the best teen movies that were churned out in the 80's, Risky Business ($5) follows the story of a kid from Chicago whose parents go away and leave him alone for a while to create carnage. Written and directed by Paul Brickman and starring a certain Tom Cruise in one of his earliest roles, this is a great movie for all ages as we see how all the best plans go very wrong very quickly. Also starring Rebecca De Mornay and Joe Pantoliano, this is a must seen movie whether you remember the 80's or not.
I can't wait for this one to hit the shelves. The G-Shock GPW-1000 GPS Solar Powered Watch ($TBA) originally hit the internet in spring as a concept, but the news is it will get a full release some time later this year. The GPW-1000 is one of the most anticipated from the G-Shock this year. It features two time correction systems that calibrate time by using GPS data and radio waves. This enables the watch to keep accurate time beyond the capabilities of conventional watches. Additional features include battery and solar power and indices for city and latitude location.
