Nonnative's "Subcity Deweller" SS14 ($MULTI) collection has just hit stores and it continues on last season's inspiration from Europe. This vehicle is definitely going on my wish list. The Watercar ($TBA) brags that it is the fastest amphibious vehicle available. It's based on a Jeep CJ8, with a Honda 3.7-liter v6 under the hood. For getting around in the water, it uses a Panther Jet propulsion system. On land you can reach speeds of 80 mph and 40+ mph in the water. Imagine living in the 25th century and you don't like the rules so you decide to rebel against them and this results in an oft overlooked gem from George Lucas. THX-1138 ($17) centers around a man and woman who are seriously pissed at the rules that have been set out for them to live by. Both written and directed by Lucas and starring Robert Duvall, Donald Pleasance and Don Pedro Colley, this is a hugely enjoyable movie which proves that George Lucas' talents are not restricted to Star Wars.
