Directed by Abel Ferrara and starring Harvey Keitel, Victor Argo, and Paul Calderon, the Bad Lieutenant ($7) is a story of crime and redemption. It follows the path of a corrupt police detective from New York, who is addicted to women, gambling and crack, as he investigates the rape of a young nun. He does his best to change his corrupt ways, find forgiveness and change his life around. If you love gritty crime dramas you will love the Bad Lieutenant which tries to show that everyone deserves a second chance and that no one is a lost cause, no matter what their story.

Creativity, Inc. ($17) written by Ed Catmull, the co-founder of Pixar Animation Studios, is a book for those who want to foster creativity in the teams they manage. The book starts off by telling the story of Pixar; from the initial rise to its present day incarnation. Aside from that fascinating story, Creativity, Inc. provides insights inside Catmull's management philosophy. For example, he insists that absolute candor and transparency are at the cornerstone of a creative team. Every individual must feel like they can speak their minds and that what they have to say matters.
