The first shoe is the Nike Stasis ACQ "Baroque Brown & Urban Orange" ($180). They feature a leather riptstop shell, watershield lining and a french terry cloth lining. All of these features are geared towards helping repel the elements and keep you feet warm in a harsh winter.
