Toyota is bringing back the Toyota Land Cruiser 70 ($35,000) for one year only. That’s not the worst of it. It will only be sold in Japan. Toyota is doing this to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the iconic Land Cruiser. In addition to the traditionally closed cab, they will also be offering a double-cab pickup version. This re-release will include some modern updates to comply with current safety regulations. The power plant will be a 4.0-liter V6 that makes about 228 horses and 266 lb-ft of torque. No auto is available so you will just need to make do with the five-speed manual. And if you’re planning on doing some major off-roading with this bad boy you’ll need to get the optional locking front and rear differentials and winch.
