Speed kills. But some times you just can’t help yourself. The 300+ horsepower Bienville Legacy ($250K) is a machine that would be hard to keep below triple digits. One look at the bike and one of the first words that comes to mind is ‘weird’, when you look at the specs the next words are ‘ridiculously overpowered’. But the Legacy is much more than those obvious descriptions. It very well could be the start of a movement to reinvigorate master craftsmanship in America.
The dream started with Jim Jacoby, an entrepreneur sitting on a sizable amount of money, and J.T. Nesbitt, one of the most renowned motorcycle designers in the world. One of the bikes Nesbitt worked on was the beautiful Confederate Wraith.
Who about the specs? Well the Legacy features a huge 1650cc Motus MV4 engine. J.T. added a Rotrex centrifugal supercharger which upped the stock 185 horses to over 300 ponies.
The bikes will be sold to only serious collectors who will be required to exhibit the bikes around the U.S. and act as an ambassador for master craftsmanship and design
