Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve heard the Yeezy just released his inaugural Yeezy Season 1 Collection. If you haven’t dropped your hard earned cash yet, you may want to wait a couple of days for the Fear Of God Fall Pre-Order ($TBA) to drop. Because the clothing is truly something special.
Before Yeezy dropped his first pair of kicks, he was wearing Fear Of God Clothing, by designer Jerry Lorenzo. And if you look at the two clothing lines you can easily see how Yeezy was influenced by this great designer. Everything from the longer lines to the simplicity in the cuts, are similar. Where they split is that Jerry’s clothing tend to be more punk almost skinhead influenced while Kanye’s veer towards a more dystopian feel.

Extremely religious, Jerry says that his clothing doesn’t fit any of the standard molds of today’s fashion industry. He says that his brand is a dedication to god. I believe this gives him the freedom to truly express his inner vision with his designs. Which are absolutely brilliant.
Based on the images, pieces will include his classic plaid patterns, denim jeans and jackets, 3/4 quarter shorts, sweats, lined hoodies, beautifully designed coats, and of course his ever popular bomber jackets. So if you you’re thinking about grabbing up some of Yeezy’s new line and can stomach waiting a couple of days. You may be in for a real treat.
