I can’t wait for this one to hit the shelves. The G-Shock GPW-1000 GPS Solar Powered Watch ($TBA) originally hit the internet in spring as a concept, but the news is it will get a full release sometime later this year. The GPW-1000 is one of the most anticipated from the G-Shock this year. It features two-time correction systems that calibrate time by using GPS data and radio waves. This enables the watch to keep accurate time beyond the capabilities of conventional watches. Additional features include battery and solar power and indices for city and latitude location.
