Some time in the fourth quarter LG will be releasing a direct shot at the MOTO 360. Their LG G Watch R ($400) is the updated circular version of their current G Watch. The G Watch R is aiming to move away from the bland feel of todays smartwatches and into a higher level of sophistication. The watch will feature a steel case with leather strap, and a 1.3-inch 33mm plastic OLED display with a 320×320 resolution. The processor will be a 1.2GHz Snapdragon 400 processor matched with a 410mAh battery, 4GB of storage, and 512MB of RAM. Most of the features will be the same as the original G Watch, except for the addition of a heart-rate monitor.
