Quadrofoil ($19K) is a sustainable electric water craft that rides above the surface of the water. It utilizes an all electric outboard motor and special steering so not a drop of oil goes in the water. Quadrofoil is inexpensive to use, only about $1.24/hour to operate and has minimal annual maintenance requirements.
