The Ratio Eight Coffee Maker ($395) not only makes great coffee, but it’ll also look great in any kitchen. Mark Hellweg set out to make a coffee make that was made from premium components, was easy to use and improved the aesthetic of your environment. Each coffee maker is hand assembled in Portland, Oregon from cast aluminum, wood, and laboratory grade borosilicate glass for the water tank, supply lines, and carafe. The first 500 machines will be marked with a serial laser marking. Expect initial delivery in May 2014.
