Seiko is always a quality name when it comes to watches and despite the rise of smartphones, their magnificent pieces have shown there’s still a market for the more traditional watch. Their Astron collection which launched in 2012 is an excellent representation of this, and now the brand new Seiko Caliber 8X22 ($1700+) is hoping to continue the tradition. As the new watch in the Astron line, the Caliber comes with a slim line case and clearer dial layout, while also maintaining the GPS and solar power properties of the Astron line. The watch will be part of a new range of introduction to the Astron line and are priced from $1700.
