The Sidewinder by Gray Design ($TBA) is the latest digitally imagined dune buggy concept from the Swedish Design Firm. The Project is the brainchild of CEO Eduard Gray. Their goal was to create a vehicle that would allow you to go from dune to dune in utmost luxury and style.
The Sidewinder is powered by an LSX Bowtie big block engine which pushes 600 horses and has a top speed of 93mph.
The high tech suspension features front and rear boxed chromoly arms, front and rear anti-sway bars, and 3.0 KING bypass shock absorbers to keep the driver an passengers level and handling perfectly no matter what the conditions.
On the inside the driver is surrounded by an OLED infotainment center and display screens designed by Eduard Gray. The entire platform is Android-based which allows tuning by developers no matter where you are in the world. While the vehicle’s own API allows you to access information from sensors and signals inside the vehicle.
Here’s hoping the concept actually gets off the drawing board and on to the dunes in the near future.
