Practically every kid wishes that their favorite toy would come to life and John Bennett is the lucky one. Written and directed by Seth McFarlane and starring Mark Wahlberg, Mila Kunis and McFarlane himself, we see John as an adult still accompanied by Ted ($12), the bear who came to life, and witness the bond that exists between the two. There is trouble, however, in the shape of John’s girlfriend Lori who is unhappy to have Ted in the equation. This results in a dilemma many men will empathize with; will he choose Lori or his lifelong friend? A hysterically funny movie that also tugs at the heartstrings, Ted is a sure fire winner.
