The Nissan Bladeglider Concept ($TBA) is the latest creation from Ben Bowlby. Its unique shape takes its cues from swept-wing aircraft, which improves aerodynamics and stability without sacrificing response. The Bladeglider uses the same battery technology as the Nissan Leaf and has in-wheel-motors that allows for individual control of the rear wheels. The great news is that Nissan doesn’t consider this vehicle a concept, they’ve stated that it’s a prototype for a future production vehicle. Stay tuned to Nissan’s website and lets hope they keep a lot of the design elements.
