True Story ($TBA) is about a seemingly normal father who comes home one day and kills his entire family. Starring Jonah Hill and James Franco, the movie follows the relationship between the journalist and the accused murderer.
Christian Longo (James Franco) had been on the FBI’s most wanted list for years, before he was found living outside the United States under the name of journalist Michael Finkel (Jonah Hill). Once the two meet they form a strange bond where Finkel exchanges journalism tips for information pertaining to the real events behind Longo’s family’s murders. The question is whether or not Finkel will ever uncover the real story.
