We learn at a very young age that two is always better than one, and the same is true for Walt Siegl creations. In this case we have two delicious Ducati Leggero’s. The Walt Siegl Leggero Seattle & BC ($CALL). Both having had a complete overhaul its nice to see their original classic appeal remain intact.
The Leggero Seattle has a more classic vintage touch, stripped down for that naked look. It features Showa front w/race spec Gold valves and cartridges, Brembo brakes, WSM Kevlar bodywork, Bruce Meyers 944 big bore engine with modified cylinder heads, Motogadget Tachometer, and WSM stainless mufflers. The whole kit sits on Marvic Magnesium wheels wrapped in Dunlop Q3 tires.
The Leggero BC has more of a modern look and features a modern exhaust and a contemporary aluminum swingarm that is about 55 mm longer than other Leggeros. Additional specs include Brembo brakes, WSM composite bodywork, chrome moly trellis frame, harness, and stainless steel mufflers.
The Leggero Seattle and the Leggero BC are a couple of my favorite Leggero’s by Walt and if you want your own, based on the same platform, customized by Walt, follow the link to his site for additional ordering information.
